TITLE: Senior Business Intelligence Manager



POSITION OBJECTIVE: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications to create scalable, efficient, and high-quality software solutions including automation and AI applications.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • A relevant B.Sc./B.A. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 20+ years of experience in data engineering, AI software and UI development, and Machine Learning.
  • Ability to select and use the most appropriate tools, technologies, and languages for the job
  • Team-oriented, with a willingness to work as part of a collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in SQL, Oracle, Power BI, Python, JavaScript


  • Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
  • Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Software and UI (User Interface) design and deployment: Translate business and user requirements into system architecture, technical specifications, and detailed workflow diagrams. Manage deployment processes, release cycles, and infrastructure automation tools including AI related programs.
  • Program development and quality assurance: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using languages and frameworks relevant to the stack. Create and execute test plans, participate in code reviews, and ensure high standards for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Build, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards to display operational KPIs.
  • Debugging & Maintenance: Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve software defects, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Data Governance: Monitor data accuracy, ensure cross-functional system reliability, and maintain strict adherence to data privacy/security protocols.
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.



OTHER INFORMATION:



  • Position is remote but may require occasional in-person meetings at HQ or travel to manufacturing facilities.
