Job Description

Position: GEOINT Source Throughput Analyst- Senior

Location: NGA Washington

Office Supported: SXP - Source Persistence Office

Schedule: Shift 1

Clearance: TS/SCI OR TS/SCI w CI Poly (Will have to obtain CI Poly)

Required Qualifications

Experience
  • 5+ years of experience supporting the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) lifecycle for GEOINT data, including real-time and activity-based collection.

  • 5+ years of experience managing large multi-source datasets, conducting sensemaking, evaluating model confidence and reliability metrics, developing automated collection strategies, and partnering with data scientists.

  • Knowledge of traditional and emerging overhead sensors, collection capabilities, automated collection strategies, and inferencing methodologies utilizing temporal and spatial datasets.

  • Experience supporting day-to-day operations across geographically dispersed program environments while managing multiple priorities.

  • Knowledge of National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) focus areas, collection management structures, and collaborative GEOINT collection, production, and visualization tools.

  • Ability to develop and sustain mission relationships across NGA, the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense organizations, and key NRO stakeholders.

  • Ability to synchronize mission requirements, eliminate redundancies, identify collection conflicts, and prioritize tasking across traditional and non-traditional GEOINT sources.

  • Ability to lead integration efforts and ensure new or enhanced National asset capabilities transition successfully into operational environments.

Education
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates possessing one or more of the following will receive additional consideration:

  • Experience converting intelligence capabilities and operational workflows into learning objectives for training audiences.

  • Experience developing or improving training materials.

  • GPC-F Certification.

  • Experience utilizing GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) and supporting GEOINT collection management activities.

  • Experience researching, evaluating, and documenting unique or non-traditional National Technical Means (NTM) sensor capabilities.

  • Operational experience working with vector data.
