*FEP Analyst* We are seeking a highly motivated and professional to support our Federal Employee Program (FEP) operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills who thrives in a collaborative environment. While healthcare or insurance experience is preferred, it is not required. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to key business and operational processes supporting our FEP line of business.
Key Responsibilities * Support business and operational activities within the Federal Employee Program (FEP). * Learn and assist with processing recoveries for overpayments. * Support claims processing activities and related operational workflows. * Generate written responses to member and provider correspondence using established templates and free-form communication as needed. * Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business initiatives and process improvements. * Develop and maintain reports, documentation, and testing materials. * Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow processes. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support projects and day-to-day business operations. Required Qualifications * Experience in an analyst, administrative, operations, customer service, or related role. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. * Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications, including: * Word * Excel * PowerPoint * OneNote * Outlook * Ability to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions effectively. Preferred Qualifications * Insurance or healthcare industry experience preferred, but not required. * Experience with claims processing, overpayment recovery, or correspondence management. * Familiarity with business process improvement and operational support functions. Work Schedule * *100% onsite position* * *Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:15 PM * *Location:* Honolulu, HI (Onsite) *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $28.85/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
