Job Summary: The Associate Business Solutions Analyst supports the execution, solutioning and implementation of designated bank initiatives. This entry level role is ideal for candidates beginning their careers in technical solutioning or financial services who want hands on experience with core banking platforms, digital channels, and internal operational tools.
You'll work closely with PMO, business teams, operations, and IT partners to ensure initiative solutions run smoothly, meet regulatory expectations, and deliver a seamless experience for customers and employees. This will include Solution Design Document creation and management, assist with IT awareness and alignment on initiatives, and collaboration with Quality Control and Vendor Management teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support collaboration across project management phases, milestones, and stage gates.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and data requirements, breaking down work into manageable tasks.
- Help translate business needs into clear, structured solutions with guidance from senior team members.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to share updates and maintain alignment on project goals.
- Support system implementations, including coordinating tasks for new systems, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation based on business requirements.
- Work with IT teams (developers, architects, infrastructure) to support solution delivery and deployments.
- Act as a point of contact between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood.
- Help identify and document business needs to support technology solutions that meet user requirements.
- Assist in developing and documenting processes to improve system usage and efficiency.
- Participate in validating system changes and enhancements with stakeholders.
- Maintain and follow system standards and documentation guidelines.
- Support identification of opportunities to improve processes and system performance.
- Assist in delivering bank products by supporting project tasks and timelines.
- Prepare clear and organized documentation and business summaries.
- Utilize Wrike PMO and reporting tools to track progress, support KPI monitoring, and maintain project transparency.
Experience and Skills
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn banking processes
- Basic technical aptitude (familiarity with systems, databases, or digital tools)
- Clear communication skills for working with both business and IT teams
- Attention to detail, especially when working with financial data
- Documentation skills for requirements, test cases, and process notes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive knowledge of line of business processes and applications, preferably in a financial services environment
- Ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities and to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Experience with MS-Office products, specifically; Visio, Excel, Word

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Exposure to banking operations through internships, coursework, or part?time roles
- Familiarity with core banking systems, digital banking platforms, or workflow tools
- Basic data skills (Excel, SQL, or BI tools)
- Understanding of regulatory concepts like KYC, AML, or audit requirements (a plus, not required)
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Normal business office environment
- Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary
- Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management
- Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance
PAY RANGE: $60,690.83 - $78,898.08/year The pay range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the pay range for this job at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, and market factors; additional compensation may apply.
