ABOUT THE JOB:

The Director, Product is responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, margin expansion, and ROI across WillScot's emerging product portfolios in North America. This role owns the product vision and strategy for the Clearspan and Cold Storage portfolios, leading cross functional initiatives that translate enterprise objectives into actionable product roadmaps, commercial plans, and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, customer centric product leadership, and strong business acumen to accelerate adoption, market share growth, and profitability.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

* Own category strategy and portfolio performance for the Cold Storage and Clearspan product lines, driving revenue growth, market penetration, and margin expansion.
* Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and Voice of Customer activities to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investments.
* Lead annual and long range portfolio planning aligned with company strategy and financial objectives.
* Drive new product development initiatives from concept through commercialization, including business case development, roadmap prioritization, pricing, and launch execution.
* Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to successfully bring products to market and optimize portfolio performance.
* Develop and execute sales enablement strategies, including training, tools, competitive positioning, and performance dashboards that support adoption and revenue growth.
* Monitor and analyze product and category performance, leveraging data driven insights to guide business decisions and continuous improvement efforts.
* Lead and develop a high performing product management team while fostering a culture of accountability, customer focus, and operational excellence.
* Influence executive stakeholders and cross functional teams to align customer needs, product strategy, and business objectives.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
* 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, strategy, finance, analytics, or related disciplines.
* 5+ years of experience leading and developing high performing teams.
* Proven success in B2B environments, preferably within industrial, infrastructure, construction, or capital intensive industries.
* Strong expertise in product management, category management, pricing strategy, product positioning, and commercial excellence.
* Demonstrated analytical and financial acumen with experience building business cases, assessing ROI, and translating insights into action.
* Advanced proficiency with Excel and analytics tools such as Power BI; experience with SAP, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills with the ability to build alignment across commercial, operational, and technical teams.
