Position Summary: The Retail Training team researches the latest training tools/technologies/methodologies and delivers engaging and effective training to Retail associates. This role continuously assesses retail training/development needs and provides learning and development strategies. The manager will work with store leaders, Retail Operations leadership, cross-brand peers, and home office business partners to provide training content and solutions that deliver Hannaford's strategy to customers, appropriate technical training to associates, and ensures compliance with all appropriate laws.
