Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $66-74 Hourly W2, Benefits and 401k matching Start Date: Jul 15, 2026 Note: This role requires 5 days onsite in Bentonville, AR. This is also for an LOA - assignment ends 11/2026. The Senior Manager, Category Marketing drives high-impact marketing programs that create meaningful customer connections and deliver measurable business results. This role partners closely with Category Strategists and merchants to activate campaigns rooted in category priorities and audience insights. By leading execution across creative, media, and channel activation, the Senior Manager accelerates speed-to-market, optimizes workflows, and ensures every program performs against strategic objectives. Team & Environment You will join a structured, collaborative marketing environment consisting of Directors who oversee each merchandise division, with dedicated direct reports supporting specific categories. As the operational lead for your assigned category campaigns, you will be the bridge connecting merchants, creative teams, and media activation squads to ensure seamless execution. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $66.00/hr to $74.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
