Reporting to: SVP of People Operations Location: Boston, MA office (hybrid) We are seeking a highly experienced Principal People Data Analytics Analyst to lead advanced people analytics and workforce insights, with Workday serving as the backbone of our people data ecosystem. This role will be responsible for turning Workday data into strategic insights that inform workforce planning, talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee retention, compensation, and broader People strategy. In this role, you will partner closely with the People Leadership Team, HR Technology, Finance, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure that Workday data is trusted, well-governed, accessible, and translated into meaningful business intelligence. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in People Analytics and Workday data with strong analytical, technical, and consulting capabilities. This individual will operate as a subject-matter expert, establish analytical standards and best practices, and serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders. Key Responsibilities

What Success Looks Like Success in this role means creating a trusted, Workday-centered people data foundation that enables leaders to make faster, more informed workforce decisions. The Principal People Analytics Analyst will ensure that Workday data is not simply reported-it is understood, connected, analyzed, and translated into strategic insight. Leaders should be able to trust the underlying data, understand what the metrics mean, and confidently use the resulting insights to make decisions about people, talent, organization, and business performance. PTC carefully considers a wide variety of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $165,000. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance-based bonus. Employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP), which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs.
