Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of complex engineering and field service projects within the commercial nuclear industry. This position manages projects from proposal development through final contract closeout, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will work directly with customers, field personnel, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams to deliver specialty projects in demanding nuclear environments. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small-company environment. This position is expected to independently manage multiple concurrent projects and support field execution activities that may require periodic travel and schedule flexibility during customer outages.
