Operations Manager Job Summary At Lone Star Pediatric Dentistry & Braces, our Operations Manager keeps the practice running smoothly while creating a great experience for our patients, families, and team. This role leads the daily operations of the office, supports employees, helps the practice meet financial goals, and ensures excellent patient care. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred (or equivalent management experience) 5+ years of leadership or office management experience, preferably in healthcare or dental Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Customer service and healthcare management experience is a plus What You'll Do Lead and support the daily operations of the practice Hire, onboard, train, and coach team members Create a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment Conduct staff meetings and performance reviews Help resolve employee concerns and workplace issues Ensure employees complete required training and maintain certifications Monitor office performance and help achieve patient satisfaction and financial goals Work closely with Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and other departments Support billing and revenue cycle processes by ensuring documentation is complete Maintain compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations Promote a safe workplace and report safety incidents when needed Help improve office processes and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency Work Environment Office setting Additional Information This job description outlines the primary responsibilities of the position but is not intended to include every duty.
