Description Job Title: Parking Services Customer Service Representative Department: Operations Reports To: Operations Manager / General Manager FLSA Status: Non-exempt Work Schedule: This role is required to work during normal business hours with occasional weekend or after-hours work as needed. Work Location: In-person at assigned Diamond Parking office location. Position Overview: The Parking Services Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support for parking services operations. The role includes handling incoming calls, account reconciliation, data entry, and general clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to the following, as additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned:
