Senior Analyst, PropTech Customer Systems
Overview The Senior Analyst, PropTech Customer Systems, plays a critical role in optimizing, integrating and evolving resident- and prospect-facing technology platforms across RMR's multifamily real estate portfolio. This role partners closely with Property Management, Leasing, Operations, IT, Marketing and external PropTech vendors to drive operational efficiency, improve customer experience and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong multifamily domain knowledge with technical curiosity, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for process improvement. This person thrives in a fast-moving, change-oriented environment and enjoys solving complex business and system challenges. Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for resident- and prospect-facing multifamily technology systems across the customer lifecycle (leasing, screening, payments, resident services).

The estimated base compensation range for this position is $85,000 to $105,000 per year.
