Departments Hiring Customer Care Representative Schedule: * Monday-Friday * 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM * 1-2 Saturdays per month (8:00 AM-12:00 PM) Responsibilities: * Assist customers with account questions, payment information, and title requests * Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy * Provide payment options and account support * Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction Customer Accounts Representative Schedule: * Monday-Friday * 8:00 AM-5:00 PM * Two late shifts weekly (11:00 AM-8:00 PM) * 1-2 Saturdays per month (8:00 AM-12:00 PM) Responsibilities: * Contact customers regarding accounts that are 1-29 days past due * Help customers update payment methods and enroll in AutoPay * Assist with password resets and account maintenance * Provide solutions while maintaining a strong customer-first approach Additional Skills & Qualifications - Problem solving skills, attention to detail - Must have excellent Communication Skills - Experience with customer service and problem resolution - Bachelor's degree highly preferred Best: Bachelor's OR Associates Avg: 1-2 years of professional work experience Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of IRVING, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
