Job Description:The Office of Institutional Effectiveness at Siena University is seeking applications for a full-time administrative position of Institutional Effectiveness Analyst. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs for Institutional Effectiveness, the Analyst plays an important role in compliance and strategic functions for the Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE). The primary responsibilities for this position include the review of academic program documents in preparation for submission to the New York State Education Department (NYSED), management of Siena's strategic planning software, providing training and support to campus users, updating data, and producing reports. The Analyst is responsible for leading the production of Siena's Fact Book, maintaining the OIE website with special attention to compliance requirements, contributing to the production of internal reports, and maintaining internal tracking documents. Additional Information:Pay Rate: $66,000 *The hiring pay rate above represents the University's good faith estimate at the time of posting in compliance with the Albany County Salary Transparency Law.
