TL Construction/Transportation LLC is seeking experienced, dependable Dump Truck Drivers to join our growing team. Drivers will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering road construction materials, including gravel, dirt, asphalt, and other aggregate products, to job sites while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and professionalism.

Qualified applicants must possess a valid Class A CDL, have a current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (physical card), at least two years of commercial driving experience, be 25 years of age or older, and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening. Experience operating manual transmission dump trucks, tandem axle trucks, and truck and trailer combinations is required.

This is a full-time position (weather permitting) with a Monday through Friday schedule. Daily start and end times vary based on job site location and operational needs. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour.

Some projects require overnight travel. Drivers should be prepared to stay out of town for 1 to 4 nights, depending on the project. The company provides hotel accommodations (double occupancy with two drivers per room) along with a $40 daily per diem for eligible overnight travel.
