Job Title: Team Lead - Hygro (2nd shift)

Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Company: Munters Corporation

Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 12:00 pm-9:00 pm

Pay range: $27.55/hour- $41.32/hour

Position Overview/Summary:

Day to day Team leader that serves as a mentor for the team, motivating them to perform well and meet production goals.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Cares for the health, safety, and well-being of the team by helping to maintain Munters' Safety and PPE policy.
  • Assists with training of new employees.
  • Helps provide the team with information about production developments and policy changes of management.
  • Helps identify issues in production to maintain product quality.

Required Experienceand Qualifications:

  • Education: HS Diploma
  • Skills: Effective communication, Problem solving, Conflict Resolution, Decision-making, Motivational, Integrity, Mechanical ability, Multi-tasking, Microsoft Office, Organizational skills
  • Experience: 1 year in manufacturing.

Physical Demands:

  • May stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, climb, maneuver, stoop, squat, grasp, reach, carry, or otherwise move objects exerting up to 75 pounds of force
  • Daily walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing for sustained periods of time, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
