**What You'll Do:**

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting scientific and data-science-focused customers through robust software development, machine learning-related work, and scientific computing/simulation capabilities. You will contribute directly to key projects by:

* Maintaining and managing customer-facing code repositories.

* Performing robust software development and coding tasks, applying strong engineering principles.

* Applying programming expertise to solve scientific problems and streamline workflows.

* Contributing to projects involving machine learning models and data science activities.

* Engaging in simulation-related work, leveraging simulation experience to drive innovation.

* Working as part of a product team to coordinate and support customer onboarding.

* Developing and owning the codebase for customer-facing repositories.

* Authoring repeatable agents and publishing community assets to establish best practices.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field.

* 1-2 years of experience in scientific computing.

* Strong software engineering skills, including proficiency in coding and development.

* Basic knowledge of version control in software development.

* Basic knowledge of AI, large language models (LLMs), and agents.

* Basic ability to troubleshoot issues and implement system changes.

* Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Knowledge in agentic AI for science.

* Experience with machine learning models and data science-related activities.

* Simulation experience.
