About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team focused on student data analysis in areas of enrollment management and student success. The Data Analyst reports to the Director of BI and Analytics in the Office of Data, Assessment, and Institutional Research (DAIR) and will provided focused support to the Divisions of Enrollment Management (VPEM) of Academic Success and Student Affairs (VP-DASSA) in areas of data collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to student recruitment, progress, outcomes, and engagement to inform strategies aimed at improving student recruitment and retention, graduation rates, and overall academic success. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with large data sets, and a passion for using data to drive meaningful changes in higher education. Together, we strive to enhance the educational experience and achieve strategic goals. Worksite Description This position is Hybrid eligible. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a combination of on-campus and remote work during a typical business week. All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.
