This highly visible leadership role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with staff, providers, compliance partners, leaders while influencing care delivery for patients and families across the continuum.This primarily remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while maintaining meaningful connections with teams across the organization. Occasional travel to branch locations, department meetings, supervisory visits, New Employee Orientation, and interdisciplinary team meetings is required to support staff, foster collaboration, and strengthen leadership presence. You'll oversee workforce planning, capacity management, budgeting, hiring, performance management, and daily operations, playing a key role in advancing both team success and exceptional patient care. Pay Range Pay Range: $41.28 to $57.11 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
