Western Door Federal is seeking anAdmin Support Specialist to support the Department of Transportation's (DOT) Transit Benefit and Parking programs, which serves the DOT and other federal agencies nationwide. This is a customer service role in which you will be interfacing with customers across federal agencies as well as DOT personnel. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position. The core hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with the opportunity to work a hybrid telework schedule, at the discretion of the government and the Western Door Federal Corporate Program Manager overseeing the contract.
