As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting enterprise initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams, helping bring projects from concept to completion, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the way the organization works. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of business functions, build relationships across the organization, and develop valuable project management and business operations skills while helping deliver initiatives that make a real difference. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support initiatives across all Business Solutions Group (BSG) functions, performing duties as assigned by leadership to advance team and organizational objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional BSG teams, including Project Management, Continuous Process Improvement, Strategy, and Business Performance & Analytics, to support planning, prioritization, execution, and successful delivery of initiatives.
- Assisting the coordination and facilitation of project activities, ensuring alignment across teams and contributing to the successful closure of initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings and accurately document key discussions, decisions, action items, risks, and issues through detailed meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor and follow up on action items, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution.
- Attend and actively contribute to BSG team meetings, providing updates and supporting overall team effectiveness.
- Monitor and maintain documentation and operational artifacts across the Business Solutions Group, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with established frameworks and standards (e.g., project lifecycle and closure requirements).
- Coordinate logistics across the Business Solutions Group, including meeting scheduling, calendar management, and enabling clear and timely communication.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and third-party vendors under the guidance of project leadership to support initiative execution.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and supporting materials to track progress, communicate status, and support decision-making.
- Maintain organized project records, including archiving completed projects in accordance with established processes and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including completion of required training and adherence to service standards.
- Lead or coordinate smaller, low-complexity initiatives in alignment with the BSG project management framework, with oversight from department leadership.

Education and Experience:
- Associates Degree OR two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with preferred working knowledge of Visio, SharePoint, Teams, and Smartsheet.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in both independent and team environments.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills; able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with a creative mindset and willingness to learn.
- Flexible and adaptable in daily responsibilities, maintaining a positive attitude and effectiveness under pressure.
- Energetic team contributor with the ability to motivate, support, and informally lead others.
Computer / Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Visio, SharePoint, Teams and Project Management Software a plus
