Position Summary The Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs Senior Manager will play a key role in supporting the overall functionalities of the team including Investor Relations (IR), Communications, Patient Advocacy, and Professional Societies. The Senior Manager will serve as a highly collaborative project manager and strategic contributor, helping drive operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, content development, and cross-functional coordination across the Corporate Affairs organization. The position will be required to attend occasional in person meetings in the Parsippany, NJ office. The Senior Manager will report to the Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs. Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Corporate Affairs team to craft compelling written materials that support Company strategy and brand business objectives
- Develop investor-facing materials including earnings documents, corporate presentations, press releases, key messages, and Q&A
- Coordinate logistics and prepare briefing materials for investor and analyst meetings, conference participation, and other external engagements
- Maintain detailed records of investor interactions, feedback, and follow-ups to inform leadership and refine the overall IR strategy
- Conduct competitive intelligence across the peer group and maintain monitoring report
- Draft and coordinate internal and external communications materials in support of Company announcements, presentations, newsletters, executive communications, and digital content
- Support execution of communications campaigns across Company channels
- Assist with management of the corporate website, social media channels, and content calendars
- Monitor sell side notes, media coverage, industry news, peer news, and social media activity; prepare regular reporting and insights
- Support planning and execution of Patient Advocacy Professional Relations conferences, congresses, advocacy events, educational programs, and stakeholder meetings
- Assist in development of materials supporting advocacy partnerships and community engagement initiatives
- Support collection and dissemination of stakeholder insights to inform corporate strategy and communications
- Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Medical Affairs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance across all internal and external communications

Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, communications, corporate finance, or related roles within biotechnology or the life sciences industries; experience in a publicly traded biotechnology company strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing executive- and external-facing materials

Salary Statement: Offered compensation is determined based on market data, internal equity, and an applicant's relevant skills, experience, and educational background. General Salary Range: $140,000 to $155,000
