Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This role is responsible for ensuring products are accurately received, stocked, picked, packed, and prepared for customer delivery while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities



  • Receive incoming shipments and verify items against packing slips and purchase documentation.
  • Accurately record received inventory into warehouse or inventory management systems.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Process customer returns according to established procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist with customer service by supporting counter sales as needed.
  • Deliver products to customers when assigned.
  • Interact professionally with customers during deliveries and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
  • Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory and order processing.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification may be required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Education



  • High School Diploma or GED required.


Work Experience



  • Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
