Employee Relations Representative (Hybrid) - Fountain Valley, CA

Pay: $23.41 - $34.66/hour | Direct Hire

We are seeking an Employee Relations Representative to support a dynamic workforce in Fountain Valley, CA. This hybrid role (onsite 1-2 days per week) serves as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, focusing on HR support, employee engagement, onboarding, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the main contact for employees regarding policies, procedures, and workplace expectations
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide first-level support for payroll-related concerns
  • Act as a liaison between employees, leadership, and corporate teams
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data entry in HR systems
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Assist with investigations and escalate issues as needed
  • Contribute to employee retention through strong relationship management



Qualifications:



  • Previous customer service or HR experience required
  • Associate degree, equivalent experience, or 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Staffing industry or HR experience preferred; Bachelor's degree a plus
