Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

Location: Paris, KY | Pay: $31-$35/hr.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a temporary assignment supporting a fast-paced industrial facility. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in facility maintenance, HVAC systems, electrical repair, and industrial equipment upkeep.

Shift:

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Monday-Friday)
• Training: 1st Shift for first 90 days (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair building electrical systems, HVAC, and mechanical equipment
• Perform general maintenance and carpentry (doors, floors, docks, overhead doors, racks)
• Support upkeep of material handling equipment and facility structures
• Respond to security alarm calls as needed
• Complete maintenance reports and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Work in an industrial environment with machinery, heights, and varying temperatures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance or related experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical maintenance
• Basic computer skills and solid math aptitude
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities
