Description

Join a team of professionals where you will be responsible for handling and processing parts pre and post-thermal spray coating operations. Responsibilities may include consumable materials inventory management and completing shipping and receiving operations. This is an entry level position with training provided on the thermal spray process.

Come Build with Us:

  • Able to understand, and adhere to company policies, procedures, and work instructions that apply to this role.
  • Unpack and examine incoming part shipments, report damaged items, record shortages and report them to the supervisor or manager.
  • Clean and mask parts to prepare for thermal spray coating.
  • De-mask, clean, and perform touch-ups of coated parts.
  • Monitor inventory levels of consumable production material and proactively communicate inventory requirements.
  • Report product deficiencies to supervision.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

Bring Your Expertise:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience in manufacturing preferred but not required, ability to work effectively and efficiently on a team with minimal supervision.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills; attention to detail and follow through.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of twenty-five pounds in a safe manner and request assistance when needed.
  • Must have fine motor control for detailed manual work.
  • Able to sit, walk and stand for extended periods.
