Description: PharmD Fellow, Global Medical Strategy Hybrid / Full-Time (1-Year Fellowship) / Chesterbrook, PA or Portsmouth, NH At Novocure, we're working to extend the lives of patients battling some of the most aggressive cancers. As a PharmD Fellow, Global Medical Strategy, you'll play a meaningful role in supporting scientific communications, medical strategy, and cross-functional initiatives that help advance innovative oncology therapies. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Global Medical Strategy within a fast-growing oncology-focused medical technology company. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a PharmD Fellow, Global Medical Strategy to support scientific exchange, medical communications, and strategic initiatives across our global oncology portfolio. This role provides broad exposure to Medical Affairs while developing expertise in scientific communications, congress planning, medical information, and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with teams across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, and external partners to support high-impact initiatives that improve patient care and advance Novocure's mission. This fellowship is offered in collaboration with the Industry Pharmacists Organization (IPhO), providing access to a national network of fellows and professional development opportunities. ABOUT YOU You are a motivated and intellectually curious PharmD graduate who is eager to apply your clinical knowledge in a collaborative, science-driven environment. You enjoy communicating complex scientific information, working across teams, and contributing to initiatives that ultimately improve outcomes for patients.
