Senior Business Analyst Ariba Procurement

The SAP Ariba Business Analyst will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, support, and optimization of SAP Ariba solutions including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC), and Ariba Network (AN). This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in Ariba along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive procurement digital transformation initiatives.

• Own end-to-end delivery and enhancement of Ariba modules: P2P (Buying & Invoicing), SLP, SCC, and Ariba Network
• Act as the functional lead and SME for procurement and supplier management processes
• Manage integrations with SAP ECC/S4 (via CIG) and ensure data/process consistency
• Lead supplier enablement and Ariba Network adoption
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvements, system optimization, and production support

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba modules (P2P, SLP, SCC, AN)
• Experience with Ariba-SAP integration (CIG)
• Solid understanding of procurement and supplier lifecycle processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Experience working with Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry
• US Citizenship required due to the job requirements
