This role monitors inventory levels, processes orders, investigates discrepancies, and helps ensure materials are available when needed. The position also provides customer service and administrative support to departmental operations. Key Responsibilities - Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock quantities. - Process purchasing orders and track deliveries to ensure timely replenishment of supplies. - Investigate and resolve ordering, receiving, and inventory-related issues. - Record purchases, maintain inventory databases, and perform regular inventory audits. - Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile stock levels with system records. - Receive, unpack, organize, and distribute incoming shipments. - Restock inventory and maintain organized, accurately labeled storage areas. - Process and/or approve invoices for payment in accordance with established procedures. - Coordinate and document product returns as needed. - Perform routine administrative duties, including data entry, answering phones, and assisting internal customers. -Serve as a cashier and process cash-related transactions when required. - Provide guidance and training to staff, students, interns, volunteers, or other team members involved in inventory-related activities. - Support departmental operations and special projects as assigned. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required Successful candidates are highly organized, dependable, and customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
