Role Overview: The Mechanic serves as a skilled maintenance professional responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of landscape equipment, fleet vehicles, trailers, and small engines. Reporting to branch operations leadership, this role plays a critical part in maximizing equipment uptime, supporting field operations, and ensuring safe and efficient fleet performance. The Mechanic will work closely with operations teams to prioritize repairs, maintain maintenance records, and support the overall reliability of equipment used throughout daily operations. As FullCare continues to grow, this position will help support operational efficiency and contribute to a culture of safety and accountability. Key Responsibilities
