About the opportunity
SWCA is looking for an experienced Cincinnati Office Director to launch, lead, and grow our Cincinnati, Ohio office. This is a high visibility leadership opportunity for someone who is energized by building teams, expanding client relationships, and shaping a new office culture. The Office Director will provide strategic, operational, and people leadership for a multidisciplinary team of natural and cultural resource professionals, with responsibility for business growth, financial performance, staff development, technical quality, client satisfaction, and alignment with SWCA's values. This is a full-time, salaried exempt position, reporting to the Senior Office Director. The role will initially be remote until office space is established. Once the Cincinnati office is in place, the role will transition to a hybrid work arrangement, ideally 3-5 days per week, to support team connection and office engagement. An employee in this Midwest-based position can expect a salary of $125,465.60-$163,321.60. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
