We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous financial professional to join a dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial obligations. As a specialist, you will directly contribute to the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization, impacting its relationships with external partners and supporting the seamless delivery of world-class digital content. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining financial integrity and fostering trust within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

**What you'll do:**

* Bundle and propose for payment invoices for digital content platforms.

* Investigate variance in financial data.

* Resolve or escalate validation errors as needed.

* Perform user acceptance testing in all related financial systems.

* Conduct thorough account reconciliation.

* Answer external partner invoice-related queries with clarity and precision.

* Provide email support for the self-service portal designed for external partners.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-have:**

* Accounting and/or finance experience with payment processing in a corporate environment.

* Proficiency in enterprise application software systems.

* Demonstrated database data entry experience.

* Accuracy and rigorous attention to detail, with the ability to consistently follow defined processes.

* Confidence and consistency in performing payment-related calculations.

* Good judgment in deciding when to escalate ambiguous cases.

* Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* Excellent habits of self-review to ensure consistent, error-free work.

* Effective communication skills for engaging with both internal and external partners.

* Proficiency in Excel.

* Flexibility and a willingness to learn about new tools and different procedures.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a distributed global team.

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

**Nice-to-have:**

* Experience with digital content royalty payment processes.
