As a Security Officer Badge Verification in Earth City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following site-specific access control procedures, screening entry requests, and supporting security-related protocols for a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and delivery logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, docks, yards, and other designated locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including gates, trailer areas, parking lots, and loading zones, while observing and reporting unusual activity or policy violations.
• Support package flow and facility operations by checking inbound and outbound traffic, documenting security-related concerns, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or access issues that could impact the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
