Front Desk / Dispatch - Denver, CO

The Spirit of the Position:

The Overnight Front Desk/Dispatch is an enthusiastic and charismatic individual who greets each day and every person with a smile.

Schedule: Overnight

Payrate: $22.75

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors appropriately

* Operating an intercom

* Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area

* Other related duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE:

* 1-2 years in a customer service (or similar) position preferred

SKILLS:

* Excellent verbal communication skills

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Strong organizational skills

* High commitment to customer satisfaction

* Ability to consistently maintain a pleasant, cordial composure regardless of stressful situations

* Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment

* Well-organized approach to job responsibilities

* Ability to set priorities for workload

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, strong internet skills using external websites

* Ability to work well with team members as well as independently

* Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds
