The Academic Program Analyst, who reports to the Director of Degree Program Administration, provides advanced operational, analytical, compliance, and administrative support for academic programs within the School of Nursing. This hybrid position supports academic operations leadership through coordination of reporting processes, data management, compliance activities, operational analysis, financial tracking, and program administration. Working collaboratively within the Office of Academic Operations, the Academic Program Analyst helps support efficient program operations, informed decision-making, regulatory and accreditation processes, and continuous improvement efforts across academic programs. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and related experience in lieu of a degree required. Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience required. Preferred Qualifications
The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to supporting academic operations and program effectiveness. The individual should be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing operational and analytical responsibilities while supporting academic leadership. Physical Demands This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. Hiring Range: $55,000 - $65,000, commensurate with education and experience. Anticipated Start Date: August 2026 Position Type & Work Location
