Responsibilities

- Identify, engage, and attract qualified talent through targeted sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific platforms, referrals, networking, job boards, employment delivery systems, and college career sites. Manage relationships with recruiting firms and employment agencies to support pipeline development.
- Use market intelligence and recruiting data to inform sourcing strategies and talent recommendations.
- Work with the Human Resources team to maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate the recruitment process from intake calls with hiring managers through offer.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, facilitate interviews, and apply behavioral interview techniques to evaluate candidates and recommend finalists with the required skills and experience.
- Benchmark and recommend competitive salary offers using the Firm's pay grades, benchmarking tools, internal equity, and external market data.
- Develop and report recruiting metrics (e.g., time to fill, cost to fill) and provide insights based on market trends and recruitment data.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Represent the Firm at key industry and networking events to build and sustain talent pipelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The anticipated base salary range offered for this role will be between $100,000 to $120,000 and represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base compensation range.
