About the Opportunity

Are you a meticulous and dedicated individual ready to make a significant impact on patient care? We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our client's fulfillment team, where your precision and commitment will directly contribute to the safe and timely distribution of essential medications. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the support they need, working within a dynamic and supportive environment. The available shifts for this role are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

What You'll Do

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be instrumental in the preparation and distribution of drug products, utilizing an advanced fulfillment system. Your contributions will directly support the operational efficiency and patient satisfaction of our client's services.



  • Process prescription exceptions, which includes resolving claim rejects and conducting outreach to members and physicians.
  • Accurately enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system.
  • Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member concerns.
  • Escalate any questions regarding prescriptions to a Pharmacist for interpretation or guidance on processing.
  • Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls, providing excellent service and support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and overall operations.


What You'll Bring

We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, reliable, and possesses the necessary qualifications to excel in this vital role.



  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
  • Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as required by the state of operation. Must be licensed or hold a trainee license.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation.


Compensation

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $16.50 to $17.50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
