Overview
This is a hybrid role, where the working schedule will occur both inside and outside of a company office. This role will be located Raleigh, NC. The Insurance Sales Support Consultant manages the small business and personal insurance customer experience and information. Provides oversight of the interaction between key processes, assuring accuracy and timeliness of data. Builds and manages internal and external relationships to drive departmental success. Provides information and reporting to allow strong management of the department and its processes. Identifies issues, develops solutions and manages program enhancements. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
