Reporting to the Executive/Director of Development, the Associate Director will develop and implement plans to identify, cultivate, and solicit new prospects and donors for annual/sustaining gifts, with specific goals to be met. The Associate Director, will assist the Director of Development in the staffing of the Foundation Board's Committees. Develop and Grow Your Career! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status. Get Involved! Your key working relationships would be: Foundation Board members and other fundraising volunteers, donors, vendors, patients, physicians, patient families, department managers, employees within department, other affiliates. Position: Associate Director, Development Shift: Day Experience: 3 to 5 years of direct experience in fundraising, preferably with an organization with demonstrated success in annual or major gift programs, donor relations and managing volunteers and/or staff.
