Description Job Description: Product Analyst - CIAM Top Skill Set: - Product experience in creating user stories epics. - Product experience in researching. - Product experience in collecting and identifying data. - CIAM experience writing user stories - CIAM experience with researching There is no possibility to convert to FTE employee. This will be a remote position preferred hours will be 9-5 p CST with flexiility. Travel will not be required. Candidate should be prepared for 3 interviews. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to support our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in gathering requirements analyzing business processes and ensuring a seamless integration of the CIAM solution across all relevant channels. Key Responsibilities - Work closely with stakeholders to elicit document and validate business and technical requirements for the CIAM platform. - Analyze existing authentication and authorization workflows and identify opportunities for improvement using the CIAM solution. - Assist in mapping user journeys and defining use cases for login registration password management and multi-factor authentication across all channels. - Collaborate with project managers developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and tested. - Monitor and report on project progress risks and issues ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary. - Support user acceptance testing UAT and provide training and documentation to business users and support teams. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or related field. - 2 years of experience as a business or product analyst preferably with identity management or digital authentication projects. - Strong understanding of CIAM concepts security protocols OAuth SAML OpenID Connect and digital channel integration. - Understanding of Identity Provider IdP platforms Multi-Factor Authentication MFA policy design and adaptive/risk-based authentication strategies. - Foundational working knowledge of Splunk and SQL for querying analyzing and reporting. - Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in agile project environments is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
