Job Description

Allstate is seeking a Product Management Lead Consultant to join our Ivantage team. In this role, you will take ownership of the financial performance and overall health of one or more insurance products, directly contributing to profit, growth, and market success.

This is a highly visible individual contributor role where you'll serve as an advisor-leveraging your expertise to shape product direction, evaluate opportunities, and drive informed recommendations that influence key business decisions.

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and product performance to guide strategy

  • Develop and execute initiatives that support growth, profitability, and market share expansion

  • Provide expert recommendations to leadership on product strategy, pricing, and risk considerations

  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, underwriting, and business teams to deliver on key initiatives

  • Help bring new products, enhancements, and distribution strategies to market

What You'll Bring

  • Deep knowledge of personal lines insurance, including policy forms and exclusions

  • Ability to navigate complex product decisions and deliver results against tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities

* Perform analyses (e.g. competitor, product, market, risk management, financial) to understand the underlying health of the product(s)

* Execute strategies which may include new distribution channel initiatives, best practices and new products and services

* Manage / perform complex work assignments and problem resolution across systems, processes or channels and navigate obstacles to deliver the work product

* Analyze relevant facts and organize work to support strategies to ensure the integration and execution of product, pricing and risk management for countrywide usage

* Contribute to the achievement of short- and long-term strategies to achieve market share growth and profitability targets on a countrywide basis

* Measure and communicate results; make recommendations to leaders on redirection opportunities of efforts

* Direct the implementation of products

* Coordinate efforts across the organization to facilitate the implementation of initiatives

Education

* 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

* 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

*Experience with Personal lines policies

* Data analysis experience - Power BI

* Strong excel skills to manage data analysis

* Property and Casualty license (Preferred)

Education & Experience (in lieu)

* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 85,000.00 - 145,075.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
