Job Details Join the Med/Surg Float Pool at Johns Hopkins Hospital and provide high-quality nursing care across a variety of adult inpatient units. Float Pool RNs are specially trained to work in multiple specialty areas, including Medicine, Surgical Services, Oncology, and Neurosciences, allowing them to develop a broad clinical skill set while caring for diverse patient populations. Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams throughout the hospital, Float Pool nurses enjoy a dynamic practice environment, ongoing professional development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact wherever patient care needs are greatest. Salary Range: Minimum $39.64/visit - Maximum $61.45/visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
