The RDO Equipment Co. Aberdeen store is in our Midwest Agriculture division, which sells and services John Deere agriculture machinery and parts. One of five stores in South Dakota, RDO's Aberdeen location primarily serves crop and livestock farmers in the surrounding areas. What You Will Do:



  • Get hands-on experience: assisting technicians with equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Explore dealership operations: by supporting the parts department and showroom.
  • Help keep the action moving: through facility, yard, and equipment upkeep.

What You Will Need:



  • Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Reliability: Maintain acceptable attendance while balancing school and work commitments.
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service mindset: Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
