About the Role AVIAN is seeking a Program Analyst to provide operational, analytical, and program management support to the Digital Architecture Integrated Product Team (IPT). The successful candidate will support the planning, execution, and coordination of digital architecture initiatives by maintaining schedules, tracking deliverables, monitoring action items, and preparing programmatic reports and executive-level briefings. This role serves as a key contributor to the day-to-day operations of the IPT and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess foundational project management experience and a working knowledge of digital engineering principles, Agile methodologies, and enterprise architecture concepts.

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Digital Architecture IPT activities, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
- Track and manage action items, ensuring timely completion of tasks and coordination among cross-functional team members.
- Maintain and update integrated master schedules, project trackers, milestone plans, and deliverable timelines.
- Monitor project execution against established baselines and identify schedule impacts or potential risks.
- Collect, analyze, and report program performance metrics, resource utilization, and budget-related data.
- Develop executive-level briefings, dashboards, status reports, and other program management artifacts for leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying, documenting, tracking, and mitigating programmatic and technical risks, issues, and opportunities.
- Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and presentation materials.
- Utilize collaboration and project management tools to support program execution and information sharing across distributed teams.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to Digital Architecture leadership as required.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may be substituted for education requirements.
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience supporting program management, project coordination, systems engineering, digital engineering, or related activities.
- Experience supporting schedules, deliverables, action item tracking, and status reporting within a project or program environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while managing multiple priorities.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience utilizing project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and digital development environments.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Navy, or federal government programs.
- Experience preparing Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Justification and Approval (J&A) documentation, or similar acquisition artifacts.
- Knowledge of digital engineering concepts, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), or enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Experience creating executive dashboards and data visualizations.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
- Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Salary range: $77,000 - $80,000 (The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)
