Work Schedule:
This is a full time, hybrid position. Typical work week will be Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Hours could vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position is hybrid, although the majority of the work can be done remotely. This position does work onsite for quarterly or semi-annual meetings.

We are seeking a Sr. HRIS Business Systems Analyst to support Core HR and to:

  • Partner with HR functions, specifically Core HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and translate business needs into tactical system solutions, implementation plans, and prioritized initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of HR systems, database relationships, data flow, integrations, and downstream dependencies
  • Leverage Oracle's HCM Cloud to support workforce needs through automation, streamlining manual processes, and enhanced data accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Enhance user experience through hands-on work with Oracle HCM Redwood, Visual Builder Studio, and configuration tools.
  • Lead evaluation, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM quarterly releases, ensuring new functionality is assessed, communicated, and adopted effectively.
  • Utilize emerging AI capabilities within HR technology platforms to improve efficiency, decision support, and employee experience.
  • Apply best practices in HR digital transformation to drive adoption, engagement, and innovative problem solving.
  • Provide end user support for HRIS systems and serve as a trusted resource for issue resolution, system questions, and employee experience.
  • Assist stakeholders with data analysis, data validation, reporting support, and data extracts.
  • Drive change from an end-user perspective, using sound judgment and data analysis to recommend process improvements.
  • Preferred experience with SaaS cloud platforms such as Oracle, Workday, or SAP.
  • Preferred experience writing SQL queries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Four (4) years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred.

Work Experience

  • Demonstrated success in leading medium to large scale HR system updates/implementations
  • Demonstrated success in relationship building within the team and with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring team members
  • Demonstrated success identifying needs and requirements and ability to align and connect systems and solutions
  • Demonstrated success in application development and support Required
  • 5 years relevant experience in Healthcare Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Business applications certification or equivalent Preferred
