Our purpose is to provide comprehensive, coordinated systems of care related to the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with stroke and other cerebrovascular diseases. General Description: Will be responsible for communicating and coordinating programmatic workflows and opportunities with system, hospital, partner sites, and community stakeholders to provide care for the stroke patient population. General Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program preferred. Experience: Two (2) years of experience as an RN in an acute care setting or One (1) year of acute emergency services License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required:Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC). Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required within 90 days of hire.
