- You will prepare detailed
requirements and supporting documentation for changes to the PALS system - Support the
business team by developing use cases, test cases, and other software lifecycle artifacts - Contribute to
compliance testing aligned with SOX policies - You will perform issue
resolution and root cause analysis for PALS support requests - Participate in
24-hour on-call support and maintenance activities outside regular business hours - Comply with current
Good Manufacturing Practice processes for all changes made to PALS software and data - Collaborate with
PALS developers to improve and expand support tools - You are expected to prepare,
distribute, and maintain CGMP-related documentation for PALS codebase upgrades - And you will thrive in a team
that values diversity and encourages bringing unique perspectives to problem-solving
What makes you great
- You have a Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field - Experience working
with auditors during internal and external audits - Familiarity with
standard operating procedures and compliance frameworks - You have strong listening
skills and sound judgment to make informed decisions - Ability to learn
from experiences and share knowledge with the team - Capacity to work
independently with guidance from the PALS Team Leader - You have proven ability to
collaborate effectively with external resources, including virtual and culturally diverse teams - Excellent verbal
and written communication skills for clear interaction with team members and business contacts - Over ten (10) years of practical experience in logistics planning and scheduling is preferred
- It also preferred to have experience writing and executing documentation and test cases for complex
systems compliant with the GAMP-5 framework
