Projects / Special Projects / Business Support DSV - Global transport and logistics Location: Atlanta, GA Division: Road US Summary The Business Analyst, Process Improvement & Automation supports transportation brokerage operations by assisting with business analysis, process improvement, reporting, and technology-enabled solutions. This role partners with agent owners, operations, sales, finance, and corporate support teams to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer service, and business performance. The Business Analyst helps maintain reporting, document business processes, and support projects that improve day-to-day operations. This role also assists in identifying practical ways to leverage AI-enabled business tools and automation technologies to simplify repetitive tasks, improve productivity, and support operational excellence across the agent network. Physical Demands This position primarily involves sedentary work performed in an office environment. The employee must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, frequently operate a computer and standard office equipment, and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders in person, by telephone, and through virtual platforms. Occasional travel may be required to support agent locations, business initiatives, meetings, and training activities. Work Environment This position is primarily performed in a professional office or hybrid work environment and requires frequent collaboration with agent owners, agent operations teams, and corporate support functions. The role operates in a fast-paced transportation brokerage environment with multiple competing priorities and deadlines and requires the ability to adapt to evolving operational and business needs. Occasional travel may be required to support agent engagement, operational initiatives, training, and continuous improvement efforts across the agent network. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
