POSITION OVERVIEW: Clinical Practice Development and Patient Care (0.4 FTE)
Teaching and Experiential Education (0.3 FTE)

The clinical faculty in this position will report to the PCHS department head for all college-related activities, the Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs for all clinical activities, and will also have a reporting relationship to site leadership for all clinical site activities. Both the clinical site leadership and the College of Pharmacy will participate in the clinical faculty annual performance review process. The College of Pharmacy PCHS department head will be responsible for faculty development and assessment of performance. Qualifications
