We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to step into a critical role focused on end-to-end project management and marketing support for direct go-to-market strategies. This position is central to translating strategic visions into actionable plans and ensuring flawless execution. You will act as a key orchestrator, collaborating across diverse teams to drive timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless coordination for device-focused initiatives. Your work will directly impact how innovative devices are presented to the world, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compelling storytelling. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operationalize go-to-market plans for evergreen marketing and growth initiatives, including customer upgrade strategies, upsell/attach motions, messaging frameworks, and content calendars.
* Own end-to-end program management across cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring cohesive efforts.
* Drive timelines, identify dependencies, and implement risk mitigation strategies across launches and priority programs.
* Ensure asset readiness, sequencing, and execution alignment across all marketing channels.
* Facilitate alignment among stakeholders, fostering transparency and clear decision-making processes.
* Establish and maintain a strong operating cadence, including regular business reviews, quarterly planning, and launch checkpoints.
* Serve as the central point of coordination and accountability for critical marketing initiatives.
* Review and provide constructive feedback on messaging, creative assets, and campaign deliverables to ensure clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment.
* Ensure that benefit-led, customer-centric messaging is consistently reflected across all channels and touchpoints.
* Collaborate closely with creative and integrated marketing communications teams to align product storytelling and elevate overall quality.
* Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to internal stakeholders.
* Analyze resource needs and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. **Must-Have Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a related field.
* Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
* Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Proven interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and influencing diverse teams.
* Ability to work independently and effectively manage one's time across multiple projects.
* Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution.
* Basic knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
* Proficiency in standard office and project management software. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * PMI or PMP certification.
* Strong organizational skills and a proactive work style.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and provide strategic recommendations for improvements.
* Prior experience in a similar large-scale technology environment.
